Never again
I have lived here a year. The pool is no longer available..no spa...never was open in the year I have been . no clubhouse..laundry is 2 washers and 2 dryers in a cubby hole for ALL residents. LoL 2. There is no onsite manager..its the ideal place to live if you like drugs...you can get anything you need and don't have to leave home. Cars stolen...vandalized..bikes stolen and stripped...dog crap everywhere..cig butts all over because no one cares...but why should the corporate is a joke. The only... person who cares is current manager Sara. Altho she is limited by what she can do because you have corperate Mindy down her throat.
Oh about modern haha my stove is from the 80s...also don't plan on getting back a deposit...no one does. They paint shampoo carpets that takes up the deposit then with everything else added...good luck
Also might want to have a roomie...I'd never stay here alone at night...people bust in doors...its not a secured building..there no security at all. After 5pm you on your own.
