Impossible To Reach Management
I rated this apartment a one star (generously) due to their management and lack of interest in showing off an apartment. They are impossible to reach. I have called and left voice mails for weeks, and a follow up email to come see their property. Was not given a call back, phone never answered, and drove 2 hours to the apartments to see they have no leasing office you can even talk to. I called their SMI management overall number, same thing. The email they did respond to was literally just a... link to apply but disregarded every question I had in my email about viewing their units. The absolute worst experience I’ve seen in management, I couldn’t even decipher between scammers or just poor service. Would absolutely not rent here.
