Sweet fully furnished three room apartment on 11 acres, very peaceful. As this is a small unit, it will not accomodate more than two people. Please note that... this will be a temporary rental, for June through August, possibly also September, which we are renting at a reduced rate!
There is a private entrance for you, a shared laundry room and shared front porch, fresh well water, good wifi, a dedicated landline, and a parking space close to your front door.
There will be two people living in the main house, and we are both quiet and considerate. There is a creek behind the house, lots of trees and a large garden, and nice walks close by. We are five miles inland from Hwy 101, on a paved road. We are about 10 minutes from the beach, and 20 minutes from shopping and entertainment. An indoor pet will be considered.
If you are interested, please tell me a bit about yourself. Two references will be required, plus a reference from your last living situation, and a credit score above 600.
