Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire single-level house, including a private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and BBQ grill, and a large back deck with golf course views. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use. Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog paid before arrival; only registered pets with the paid fee are allowed, and dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off the furniture, leashed when outdoors, and their waste cleaned up right away.
