Super convenient with great staff

I’ve had a positive experience living at The Reserve at Northgate for the last several months. It was a smooth tour and application process, with staff that answered all my questions (thanks, Denise!). I opted for a top floor two bedroom and am very happy with my choice. The property has a long list of amenities that I probably won’t use, but I enjoy the location and the space is great for my current needs. My neighbors seem nice, not nosy or noisy. Kudos all around.

Terrible

I initially thought this apartment would be a good fit, but there were some logistical drawbacks for me. The stackable washer and dryer have a small capacity, which limits the size of loads that can be done. The bathtub is also quite narrow at the base, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Parking is assigned, but the assigned space is not necessarily located near the unit.

We are sorry to hear that the apartment is not a good fit for you, only a few of the studios, with compressed square footage, have stackable washers and dryers. Perhaps one of the larger one-bedroom options would be something to explore. The... community has two floorplans of one-bedrooms with full-size, energy efficient washers and dryers along with some additional details that improve livability. The Reserve at Northgate

Dewayne - I've been living in this apartment complex for two weeks now, and this is the first time I've been in an apartment complex. I've always owned homes, I decided to start over at 59 years old and I chose an apartment complex. I had everything I needed close to the mall close to the shopping centers. It has a pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, outdoor barbecue grill and outdoor fire pit to sit around at night time to drink, coffee or early in the morning, which is what I'm doing right now very pleasant... experience for someone young or old or someone like me starting over. I'd recommend 100%
