Falling apart

The remodeling is cheepest you can find.. Always calling on maintenance guy. Cyborg doors fall off. Windows stick. Front door has large air happy they say can't be fixed..and so much more bad stuff. Great location is a pluss

Noisy neighbors.

Rent is more than its worth and the noise levels from some neighbors is absolutely ridiculous, and nothing but a notice of complaint is done about it. Literally parties and karaoke into the night and the next day on weekends, and often until 11-midnight on weekdays. Calling the cops is the only way of abating it temporarily.

Bring your earplugs.

Other than that, the manager is nice and responsive to maintenance requests.

Happy Pet Owner

I reviewed your apartments and was pleasantly surprised st the affordability and amenities. I especially enjoy the washer and dryer in each unit. I am deciding if I want to add myself to your wairing list except I am anxious that my cat may not pass his required " pet interview". I will serious consider this property and start preparing my cat for interviews.
