Some of the units look nice and “renovated” ... then you sign a 12 month lease and suddenly the landlord doesn’t answer his phone, things start falling apart left and right, and the maintenance requests go ignored. Ceiling leaking from the shower in the apartment above and it took 2 months for him to come do anything, and when the leak was fixed all he did was spray paint over the mold in our ceiling. Exterior wall in the bedroom grows mold. Kitchen sink leaked almost the entire year we were... there because the maintenance guy’s “fix” only lasted about 2 months until it started leaking again. Other tenants let their aggressive little dogs run around off the leash and then yell at you. Other tenants park in your spot and the “landlord” does nothing about it. If you’re desperate, yeah, it’s shelter. But don’t be fooled, this place is a crap hole. It’s completely unmanaged and clearly just a cash cow for the owner. Read More

i does the job of shelter, kind of small and crowded, and very old. But i am not on the street, and we are all living lives. Just staying here till we go the the next place to stay
