How Is This Rating Determined?

Affordable but small

The price range is great for the area, but you do get what you pay for. The apartments are old, so there's only one outlet in the entire unit with a three-prong outlet. The windows are single paned, and the doors tend to leak heat, so expect to buy a heater for the winter, as the baseboards don't cut it. But the rental agency is great; they'll work with you whenever you need it, and all problems are addressed promptly. The maintenance man is really great; he'll give you his can of Raid of you... happen to have moth eggs hatch on your window. There's a storage area downstairs for each unit and plenty of closets in the units.

In short, not a bad place to live.
