County Licensing - Proof of a valid, current Multnomah County Pet License. Pest Control - Agreement that the pet is kept on a continuous, veterinarian-approved flea and parasite prevention program. Note: Applications are considered incomplete and will not be finalized into a lease agreement until these certified medical records are submitted.

Financial Requirements: To be considered for this owner-occupied unit, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent and a total debt-to-income ratio (including rent/utilities) not exceeding 50%.
