The two units are both private and separated by their own entrances. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, and please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty.
