There is a zero tolerance for parties and smoking and strict quiet hours of 9:30pm-8am. If you and your group are night owls, hanging out on the top floor would be much appreciated as it mitigates noise to the other units in the building. Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed at this property. There is a balcony off of the master bedroom that is off limits to guests. In a situation where the home is left in poor condition, you will be charged double the cleaning fee for extra services. The fireplace is not functional and is for display purposes only.
