Abbey Creek Apartment Homes

If you like cheap “luxury” apartments with no amenities beyond a pool & hot tub you must share with 150+ tenants, 5-7 business days for a response on maintenance requests, or unprofessional management staff, look no further you’ve found your home. Abbey Creek is poorly managed and their advertising is far from the truth.

Our move in date got pushed back by a month and a half after being told six different move in dates. We should’ve taken our money to hold the unit and went across the street.... We’ve had to deal with so many issues. To name a few major highlights, we’ve dealt with a break into our garage, loud neighbors, neighbors who openly smoke in units/ garages on what is supposed to be a non-smoking property, fluke fire alarms going off multiple times between 2-4 am, and maintenance request being “resolved” when no one has come to fix the problem. If you have an emergency, you’re on your own. Maintenance only works 9 am -5 pm and will not be around for holidays. Abbey Creek is the worst apartment complex to rent from and I would never recommend them. You are only an account number, not a person to them. Good luck. Read More

I will forever be grateful for the management team here and how friendly/helpful they were, however I will never move to this neighborhood or anywhere near it again. It’s so dull and isolating
