Alder Village apartments
Built in the 1970's, Alder Village has 1,2,3 bedroom apartments, many in townhouse style. Baseboard heating, smoke detectors, vertical blinds, refrigerators, dishwashers, cooktops with ovens fully carpeted with vinyl flooring in the entries, kitchens and baths. The bathrooms include tubs and showers, vanities and wall heaters. Located just west of Gresham near the MAX line going east and west, the apartments are close to shopping, a elementary school, and multicultural events. Ample parking, and… a swimming pool for the summer months.
