Do not rent

Horrific property management. Rochelle has no clue of what is happening and takes zero responsibility. Will deflect all questions regarding their negligence to something about it being "a multi-million dollar project". Once you see through their blatant lies they will simply stop responding. No enforcement of on site workers on wearing masks during the pandemic, zero accountability for planning ahead and staying on schedule of their 1-day notices.

The way Rochelle talks down to maintenance... and construction personnel and brags about brandishing firearms makes tenants feel extremely on edge and unsafe.

There are dozens of apartments in this wonderful area of SE, do not make the mistake of living here
