Bel Aire Apartments

When we moved into this complex last year there was a lot of issues to put it lightly. They hadn’t properly reset the apartment so the water heater was broken, sink leaked and There were bugs. They ended up fixing most of the issues thankfully but we got off on the wrong foot to begin with.

There are problems with messages not being returned from the office. I have gone in to ask questions and seen the receptionist hang up on calls. Maintenance is having difficulty properly fixing issues.... They make it look pretty but it doesn’t really function.Very much sad about the lack of care from the leasing office. Read More

Super old, my windows are warped, the hallways are full of cobwebs and the elevator breaks down once a month. They leaf blow the Walgreens parking lot which is 5 feet away from the windows every morning at 7am, and it is LOUD. Nothing is as loud as Burnside street though, expect to hear sirens, car alarms and yelling at all hours of the night. There is a rude security guard who wants to know what you are doing at all times as well. They raise the rent a lot because it is in a good location in... town but don't bother fixing the problems with that money. At least there is coin-op laundry in the building and its next to a lot of bus lines. Read More
