Not terrible
Good sized apartments, some have hardwood floors, washer dryer hookups. nice neighbors in a pretty nice neighborhood too.
Unfortunately the place is infested with cockroaches. Tiny ones, big ones. They are absolutely everywhere, in the cupboards, in the silverware drawer, inside the ovens digital display. Everywhere.
In addition, the post office is right behind the place, and they work loudly at all times of the night, so being woken up at 3am is quite common.
The front doors are a... security risk as they aren't heavy/well built doors like you'd expect, but the same kind of 'light duty' door used for a bedroom etc. Doesn't bother me too much, but if you are security minded this could be an issue.
I was told there was free wifi, but it turned out there wasn't. Once again, not a huge issue, but it was something I calculated into my decision.
If you can look past all this, you might like the place.
