Highly Recommend – Private, Clean, and Well-Managed
I've been living at Cavalier Townhomes for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The layout feels more like a home than an apartment, with private entrances and plenty of space. I really appreciate having in-unit laundry and the convenience of off-street parking.
The neighborhood is quiet and feels super safe, and I’m just a short drive to downtown Portland, which is a huge plus. Maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve had a request, and management has been easy to work... with overall.
If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a bit more privacy than your average apartment, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

A few quirks but it's all right.
There's no dishwasher, and the laundry room is a bit expensive, but it's in a really convenient location. The max is a block away, and there's a wallgreens up the street. The management is super nice and extremely understanding. Still one of the cheapest places to get in portland too.
