What This House Offers

The location is great, nestled in beautiful Roseway neighborhood with easy access to major thoroughfares like Sandy Blvd and NE 82nd. Highway 205 and the airport are also nearby.

The area is packed with plentiful dining options. Grocery shopping is close by, and serene Rose City Golf Course is a few blocks away.

Pet policy: Pets not allowed

Smoking policy: Smoking prohibited on entire premises

Tenant pays for water/sewer, electricity, and gas, and will be billed back for garbage. Tenant is responsible for landscaping.
