Landlord is very bad at managing tenants

my neighbor constantly disrupted me and the other tenants with loud music and drug use and even got the cops called on them at one point, but the landlord never did anything about it despite receiving numerous complaints.

The team at Crown Royal has been extremely helpful and communicative every step of the move-in process. Any maintenance request I have submitted have been resolved within a day or at least had a day scheduled to resolve them within the week. The location is hard to beat, as well as the floor plan. Very happy with my home here!
