The apartment itself was fine. My upstairs neighbors stomping overhead without let up for a solid year was not. We contacted the office at least once a month in spite of their continuous promises to do something about it. The guy upstairs even hit my car and all management did was give me a video with the actual part of him hitting my car conveniently clipped out. Toward the end of our lease, they gave up even pretending they were trying to help. An agent texted to tell me I would have to... provide video proof before they would do anything. My family and I lived here for 2 years. Not a great area to raise your children. 2 drive by shootings had us packing up and heading South. The managers were nice and tried to stay on top of things.

It's nice on inside of a parents . the management is changing so alot of new things and rent increases going on . I really liked the two male managers I had when I first moved in they responded to my maintenance phone calls and emails very promptly. I got in very quick and promptly they have cameras and patrol units that come through and its permit parking I really like that I can sit on my balcony and watch my son play in the play area.
