No Help for Complaints
The apartment itself was fine. My upstairs neighbors stomping overhead without let up for a solid year was not. We contacted the office at least once a month in spite of their continuous promises to do something about it. The guy upstairs even hit my car and all management did was give me a video with the actual part of him hitting my car conveniently clipped out. Toward the end of our lease, they gave up even pretending they were trying to help. An agent texted to tell me I would have to… provide video proof before they would do anything. They were on the spot to let us know they were going to raise our rent, though. We decided to find another place instead.
