I am very happy at Garden Park . Love the floor plan with large rooms. The area is beautiful with lots of trees, lawn, paths to walk on and location which is close to Woodstock , Reed college and 39th. Wonderful area for walking and shopping.

I have not lived in a apt since 1977. But this apt. Is very spacious with large closets. Repairs or problems are taken care quickly. I have never felt afraid here.

I’ve been very happy living at Garden Park Love the location, gardens, and my apartment. Maintenance is excellent. I have been here for 11 years and it feels like home.
