Love the landscaping and quiet neighborhood, staff are super helpful, maintenance requests are quickly resolved. We just moved here but so far are enjoying our time here.

We just moved in and the process has been wonderful so far. We noticed some things that needed repairs in our unit when we picked up our keys and the maintenance team fixed everything the next morning. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly before we moved in and we don't seem to get a lot of sound through the walls. The neighbors we have met have been nice and all the staff here have been great! The windows are newer and energy efficient and it is very peaceful here.

I am very happy at Garden Park . Love the floor plan with large rooms. The area is beautiful with lots of trees, lawn, paths to walk on and location which is close to Woodstock , Reed college and 39th. Wonderful area for walking and shopping.
Maintance is excellent.

I have not lived in a apt since 1977. But this apt. Is very spacious with large closets. Repairs or problems are taken care quickly. I have never felt afraid here.
