Super clean, safe, and modern!

There are a lot of things that make Garlington Place Apartments an excellent place to live. To start with, public transportation is available within 150' at the maximum. Or less, depending on which way you are going. It is very safe, with key fob only access to the doors and elevators and stairs or hallways. Additionally, Garlington Place Apartments has 24/7 video surveillance. And security right next door at Cascadia Behavioral Health. No rats or mice. No roaches. Extremely modern AC/Heating... unit, refrigerator, and stove. Great property manager named Ms.Maddie. A really nice place to live!
