We love living here. The property manager is great, always communicative and keeps the common areas very clean. I would definitely recommend living here.

At Homeroom Apt;s, the neighborhood is friendly and dog park across the street! You will meet great people and other dogs! So much around; bakery, brewery places to eat and a pet store! The building is always quiet, clean, and people are respectful. It is very cozy here, and the dog station is great too. Nick, the manager is so kind and helpful! He keeps the place looking good, fresh flowers in the foyer. It's nice coming home from work to smell their fragrance or a diffuser with oils. It always... makes me smile and feels good to be home. Nick is good about keeping us up to date with Covid; posting notices, sanitizers, wearing our masks, giving tips. He will give reminders for keeping noise down while we spend more time at home during the shut-downs. He helps to create quality living in the hardest of times. He is willing to help when something breaks, he is community minded getting others involved with picking up trash in neighborhood or scooping up leaves. If you want to live in a great place and neighborhood with an apartment manager that cares, then you definitely want to live here. This year is my first year in Portland and I am glad I chose to be here. Nick has done remarkably well to maintain excellent living standards through Covid, Protesting/challenging times, through the Fires and the smoke. The Homeroom is a wonderful place to live. The manager is readily available as needed, and takes excellent care of the communal spaces. The lobby, windows and elevator are always so clean - as a quasi germophobe I deeply appreciate it. The place seems to sparkle and the pretty bouquets make me feel I'm home by just entering the lobby. Secure, covered parking and modern appliances which run QUIETLY don't hurt either.

Currently in search for a new apartment. The young man Nick who gave me my tour was extremely pleasant and professional. While trying to schedule a tour, Nick was quick to answer not only availability but questions I had before touring. When we finally figured out a time for the tour, it was quite fun. Compared to the last time I rented, this was much less of a migraine.
