Don’t Recommend.
I’ve lived in apartments in multiple states over the years and this place is the worst by a large margin.
Let’s start with the apartment itself. On move in date, I noticed that none of the sinks had been properly caulked. This took multiple to address, leading to leaks and forcing us to hold the faucets down in order to turn on the water. There was a large area in between the living room and the kitchen where the floor had a noticeable dip as you step on it. We had to reach out and ask if we... had to provide our own blinds, since there were none in either room. Two days later, blinds were placed in the master bedroom, but unfortunately we have yet to receive blinds for our second bedroom. The hallway light fixture that is connected to the light fixture at the front door flicker before eventually dying a month in, I changed it my self so that both bulbs would be the same shade. The bedroom door doesn’t stay closed, that has to be fixed. The garbage disposal worked slightly upon moving in before completely shutdown. When I submitted the maintenance request, I spent multiple hours corresponding with a maintenance tech, just for the last massage to be instruction on how to fix it myself. It was truly mind boggling, I’d never had to text a maintenance tech and I’ve certainly never had a tech tell me how to fix it myself as if I work for them.
The property management team are also poor in quality. Set aside the off putting disposition they have, they seem to run the building like Stalin! Any accusation the receive from any tenant, will lead to a notice on each units door. In our 3 months we’ve received 3 notices. All of which they acknowledge seemed from reports they’d received from their spy’s. There was a smell of marijuana permeating the halls, a notice of inspection was sent out, inspection were conducted, and we received a noticed of violation. Why’d we receive said violation? Not because I apartment reeked of the weed, but because they noticed bleach. Stating though no smell of marijuana was noticed, it was determined that you were attempting to mask the smell with said chemical. Units on our floor received a noticed today, stating they’d received multiple reports of the smell of incense. The burning of incense is apparently not permitted due to them being a potential AND the odor may make your neighbors uncomfortable. Based on the same logic, I’ll be looking out for a notice about candles and plugins, both of which are fire and/or electrical risk. No in
