Fantastic Locations and Amazing Landlords
I have lived in these apartments for several years and there are a couple things I would like to note.
1) The location is within walking distance of multiple grocery stores, a hardware store, pet store, library, numerous coffeeshops, 10+restaurants and a food cart pod as well as a being a block from 2 main bus lines. The Woodstock Neighborhood has a small town feel while still being located in a way that it is easy to get downtown, Clackamas/Milwaukie, and NE Portland in 15-30 minutes with a... vehicle.
2) The tenants have been a small community of their own with a good balance of minding our own business and still keeping an eye out for each other. People say "hi" to each other here.
3) The landlords are quick to respond. They are kind and understanding and responsive to questions and maintenance needs.
