St. John’s is a walker and bikers paradise with scores of 91 and 94! Within minutes on both sides of the building, you will find your local Fred Meyer and Safeway to meet all your grocery needs. Do you happen to partake in the McMenamins Passport challenge? The St. John’s Theater and Pub is only an 8-minute walk or 1-minute drive! Not a morning person unless you’ve had your coffee like me? Take an 8-minute stroll through the quaint surrounding neighborhoods to Cathedral Coffee and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or tea and scone or muffin.

* Utilities: Flat rate monthly fee for water, sewage, and garbage
* Application Fee: $50 per adult applicant 18+ years
* Pet Policy: $25/month per pet- dog breed restrictions apply and we accommodate dogs up to 50 pounds. Cats are permitted. Documentation for Emotional Support or Service animals will need to be provided to waive fees and restrictions. We accommodate up to two (2) pets. A pet is defined as a "domestic or tamed animal kept for companionship or pleasure".
