Great location, just bring your own parking plan
Checked out M63 and the location really sells it. It's a newer building (2020) right by Alberta Street with a transit stop basically at the door, the Rosa Parks MAX station is a 2 minute walk and you're a short bike ride from everything in North Portland. The units feel modern with large windows, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, AC, and a full-size in-unit washer/dryer, and the studios starting at $1,199 are a good entry point for the area. It's pet-friendly for cats and dogs too. The... big catch is no on-site parking, which is rough for a car owner, and utilities are all tenant-paid. Office is by appointment only so plan your tour ahead. Docking a star for the parking situation, but if you're transit or bike-oriented, this is a great spot for the price.

While M63 does not offer on-site parking, many residents choose the community specifically for its excellent access to TriMet bus routes, the Rosa Parks MAX Station, and nearby bike-friendly corridors that make commuting without a vehicle convenient.
