Power goes out and things break repeatedly
This place is a nightmare! My power repeatedly went out and it was out for 2 weeks then went out again a week ago. Things break all the time. I can’t wait to get out of here. I like the building manager because she is nice and responsive, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say

Meh
I’ve written a few reviews and they don’t seem to stick but persistence will warn others. If you have a cat, please please keep them inside as there is a dog or animal out there that attacked him and I lost him two days later. The apartment is super loud - I hear everything my upstair neighbors do and it’s annoying. Outlets are in odd spots and that’s more annoying in the bathroom, having just one outlet on the opposite side of a toilet. There’s really nothing about this place worth it’s value.... If you work at ohsu or go to school there you may be able to tolerate it for a while but it will get old.
