Don’t do it this place is a prison

Guest have no access to elevator even being buzzed in to building

Management is very rude Bullish

Elevator never work

Doesn’t allow companies pets outside in community area

Have no privacy inside your own home even during day hours got written up because they heard my argument an it was the management not a actual resident

Packages stolen nothing done

Clothes stolen from laundry room

Gotten written up because we displayed a Girl Scout sign in back patio

Not allowed to have anything on...
your patio not even a plant

It’s not family friendly or kid friendly

My family is very uncomfortable in our own home because of this place my kids have to be muted at all times it’s horrible!!!

The manager is extremely rude. The place is smelly. It was a big mistake for moving here.

Gross.

Honestly the only good part about living there was walking inside my apartment. Dog poop everywhere on the property, elevator always smells and sometimes the hallways too, trash room is always a mess, businesses park in their cars in tenant parking even though they have reserved parking, good luck trying to get in contact with management, read your lease carefully. You can take the stairs down but cannot take them up, door is always locked. Homeless people and meth heads always hanging around... the area. I've been there for almost a year and still my name is not in the call box.. There isn't anything around there, even groceries was inconvenient. You might think that commute is easy because of main roads or freeway, think not. I-205 pretty much always has traffic, so does 82nd, foster only has 1 lane now, Powell/Holgate is ridiculous, but that much closer to mt hood for winter/summer activities or if you work in the area. No online payment system, check or money order only, really a hassle for those of us who have really busy schedules... They do have a drop box which is useful, but never sure if they actually received it because they don't even send an email confirmation or anything to let me know.. I'm not going to recommend or not recommend this place, use your judgement. It was hard for us moving in since the building wasn't even open yet when we signed the lease, that was my biggest mistake.. Whew.
