Do not move here!

Do not move here.

I would not recommend moving here. Since living here my car has been stole and broken into several times. I have even had my tires slashed. Car vandalism is a common occurrence for residents in this building. I’ve also been locked out of my building at 2am because the door entry system shut down. The hot water was shut off for nearly a week once in the summer then management team sent us $25 Amazon gift cards. When a key fob breaks you will be charged $25 for a new one (two...
years ago it was $10).

There is a bike room with a key fob entry which is nice but there have been multiple bike thefts since living here. My apartment entry door was broken for nearly a month before they sent a specialist to fix it. The property manager assured me the door was “fine,” and gave her no trouble at all. My unlocked bike was stolen from a gated entry door that was broken and later recovered. I’ve had a homeless man throw a rock directly at my face through the fence. Appliances constantly breaking. Washer and dryers are being stored in the bike room because they break. Save your money. Do not move here.
