Dont do it, even if its cheap.

I should of listened to the first review on this, because the manager will invade your privacy. I had applied for a new apt at another place and put Linda down as a my current resident manager, i guess she got upset and came in my unit without my knowledge with no request for maintenance or emergency just to put up an eviction notice. When confronted, she said my fridge was open by an inch, now i am a adult i know i shut the fridge. All because i wanted to move. She also said she would give me a… bad review and was upset that i confronted her about invading my privacy.

Absolute worst!

If you love the sound of trains and planes coming and going through out the night then you'll love it.. and that isn't the worst part the land lord is uncaring, rude and a thief..
I lived there for exactly 3 months never put a nail,screw or anything on the walls..kept the place clean as the day I got it and when I left I only got back $63 dollars from my $250 deposit..when I asked her about this she stated that the apartment was in horrible condition. .even though she never inspected it.
Sure… the price is cheap ..but cheap comes at a cost.. don't rent here!

mamangement and invasion og privacy is terrible she will stalk you

this place sucks the manager is very rude and nosey you have no sense of privacy you open your window or blinds and people can see from every angle of you apartment, but most of all that manager there is horrible, if you have company she will always be looking and lurking and asking if you guest is staying over and they make complaints even in the early part of the day about noise crazy when I moved in my neighbors complained the first week I was there I wasn't even completely n yet and got… complaints three weeks straight. these apartments and manager ms linda is horrible customer service is a not!!!!
