VIolence, Crime, Litter, Inhabitable

Maintenance requests at Rockwood Village take 2-3 weeks, with only one or two maintenance workers for five buildings and no weekend coverage. Common areas on every level are uninhabitable, and the carpeting needs professional shampooing or complete replacement. Volunteers help pick up trash outside because the property is rarely cleaned. Residents report shootings, violent crime, fights, drug activity, needles, broken glass, rotting food, litter, and dog waste. Management is disorganized, making… this the most unsafe and unsanitary complex I have ever rented at.

terrible place to live

Current tenant unfortunately, there’s been several changes in management, the management is VERY neglectful about consistent issues occurring in the apartments, maintenance is TERRIBLE takes them forever to come do a single task (currently waiting on dw to be fixed it’s been a month), they allow homeless people to camp in their cars on the street where they’re free to use and do whatever else they please. Security? Oh they’re NEVER around. Overall sad terrible place and a joke to say the least
