very close to MAX rail very easy
The area is pretty good. Within walking distance of groceries stores/ gas stations. The MAX makes it so much easier to commute to places. The building has a few cosmetic things but other than that pretty good.

Poorly maintained by management
The units themselves are decent. Nice carpet, spacious rooms, large windows. However, the outside of the complex is completely disgusting. Trash EVERYWHERE. In the parking lot, on the grass, stuck in bushes, in the trees. In addition, there are weeds all over the place, and it seems as though bushes and plants were planted at one point but have not been trimmed or kept up in quite a while. It's clear that the management company does nothing to keep the property nice. There's also some problem... with the mailbox and outgoing mail is all over the place. There's just tons of wet, dirty, envelopes everywhere. I'm seriously embarrassed to live here.
