Maintenance request took a full week Kitchen faucet went down on a Friday, if I don't follow up, there was no sense of urgency to resolve. It took a week to replace a faucet, could have been done immediately. Maintenance guys are great, but they are not responsible for reaching out as the leasing office personnel should. I received no direct contact (AI doesn't count, you can't respond) from office. My main issue is that nobody reaches out to let renters know about the status of a work order.… NEVER

It's okay... I, overall, enjoy the area and the staff. They've been helpful.
The hiccup I have is that we haven't received any maintenance help for the fixes we needed when we moved in. Our screens been torn, indents in walls. Bathroom heat lamp missing, porch light doesn't work, etc.
