Terrible management
The management changes rules every month. Property is not safe to have your kids around. They like to charge garbage and parking fees, but can’t provide a premium services for the cost. Terrible way to drive your tenants away.

If i could give minus 5 stars I would!
Perfect place to live for crackheads they are tolerant and don't care about there tenants NO noise curfew and NO security NOT RECOMENDED
