High End Brownstone

I have lived here for 3 years, they are 3 story townhomes each with top of the line appliances, wood floors on first two stories, and carpeting on 3rd. Two master bedrooms, staineless steel appliances. Only one shared wall with neighbor unit great sound insulation. Gas Fireplaces on first and second floors and two a/c and heating systems to lower costs of cooling or heating different levels.
