anchor poorly maintained
I lived in Anchor Apartment for three years. Landlord continually raised rent while I lived there. During this time the landlord did little to no maintenance blaming tenants for any problems. He made you afraid to ask for any maintenance. The heat went out and his solution was one portable heater. There is mold, trash, roaches, ants, and mice. It is a fire hazard. Fences are falling down.
