The Cornell West Apartments

While it looks like this building is nestled on a quiet street, it is not. Be aware that it is right between a church with a private school and a daycare center. Traffic can be terrible when church gets out on Sundays and on weekdays when school gets out. If you're looking for something that will be quiet during the day, this is not it. On weekdays you will hear both the kids at the school and daycare center playing outside on sunny days. Also, parking spots designated for our guests are used by... the apartment complex next door which sometimes makes parking difficult if you have extra cars. Large size apartment with lower rent compared to other in the area. No water pressure with dirty pipes and thin floors. Don't recommend living on bottom floor.
Great location and walkable to three grocery stores, local library, fast food, local parks, sunset swim center.
