Well...The property looks good from the exterior. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the toilet flush easily, and neighboring tenants "business".
The front entrance mat has massive dog hair on it which looks gross most of the time. There is no workout facility or refreshment offerings, so the amenities are very limited.
There are no community hand sanitizing stations. anywhere on the property. There are no door stoppers for the garbage recycling area so the door slams quite... loudly every time a tenant uses this area which seems to be at all hours of the night. The door slams quiet loudly!
The Facilities Group started to paint the interior, but left it unfinished for three weeks now. They could use a little sprucing up such as a planter boxes in the entrance ,plants on the 5th floor outdoor deck, or at least lights hung. A very stripped down model..

If you have any kind of issue with the building, bad neighbors, construction short comings, anything at all, you will get no help from anyone Anchor property is just that, an unmovable peice of iron. They just want money and they DO NOT CARE and will DO NOTHING. Do not rent here, or you are on your own.
