GREAT LOCATIONN

The Knoll, Tigard offers many benefits. Located on Hall Blvd,
offers onsite parking for private vehicles and onsite manager, Amanda Wynn, assisting tenants whenever necessary.
Easy access to public and private transportation, shopping malls, stores, restaurants, entertainment.
The Knoll is a secure building, access only for tenants, and various dependable and trustworthy delivery systems.
Building offers electric utilities, dishwasher, balcony, laundry rooms, large meeting room for tenant... gatherings and festivities with kitchen access.
IPM maintains contact with tenants through various employees making sure tenants receive benefits afforded them. And vets are always welcomed and honored.
