Timberview Apartments is an income restricted property. Residents must meet these income limits of 1.5 times the monthly rent but not exceed the household income maximum (see chart below) to qualify for homes at Timberview Apartments. Modern Studio Living in a Great SE Portland Location

If you're looking for a clean, modern studio in a walkable Portland neighborhood, Timberview is worth checking out. The apartments are well-designed with updated finishes and efficient layouts, perfect for someone who values simplicity and convenience. While there's no on-site parking, the location is close to public transit and bike-friendly routes, making it easy to get around. A new shopping center next door is also expected to open soon, which will bring added convenience right outside your... door. Plus, you can tour the space virtually with their Matterport link before visiting in person.

Great option for anyone seeking a low-maintenance home in a vibrant part of the city.
