How Is This Rating Determined?

I lived there for a year

I like the apartment ok, it was newly renovated when we moved in. I like the manager, she's pretty good to us. She worked really hard to help us get settled in as soon as we put in our application. The maintenance isn't always top notch though. The appliances are brand new, wood floors, huge back patio. Lots of space inside. Neighborhood wise, not the greatest for young kids, even though there is a park down the street it doesn't feel the safest alone. But the park is a fun spot and there are... plenty of kids. I just got an uneasy feeling as there was known to be drug activity in the neighborhood near there. Otherwise I liked the apartments. Walking everywhere is easy, and the max is literally right outside your front door. The grocery store is a short stroll through the neighborhood.
