There's a roach infestation from my neighbors and management refuses to acknowledge it properly. Only cosmetic sprays. The pest control they hire is a complete joke. They don't treat all units on the same day, so they're playing musical chairs with roaches. My dryer is unusable due to the infestation. I've been here 30 days and am breaking my lease early. Do not let yourself be fooled by the new property and shiny new appliances.

Do a drive by first
The parking lot is very small, the street is tight too. Felt very claustrophobic just driving through. It looks like the photos though so if the lot doesn't bother you it's probably a good place to stay :)

Hello, Yamhill Firs is a small community of 38 units, with parking lot to match, due to property size. Yamhill is a wonderful community and we value our residents. We have recently completed some property upgrades installing Mini splits AC/Heat in... each unit and are continuing to improve. Our Apartments homes are true to photo pictures you see online.
