We moved into this unit with Partners Property Management (formally Windermere) and were in a rush to find a home for our family, as our time at the current place we were staying at was about to expire. We explained our situation to a manager, and she was immediate with her response and showing. We accepted it on the spot. Upon move in, the paperwork was clear, and the management was clear about rules and fees should there be any issues. About midway through our stay there, they switched... management companies, but kept the staff, and only got better. Any maintenance issues we had were addressed next day or within the week. We were offered the use of an on-line program to pay our rent, with the option of an automatic payment from our bank account.
They have raised the rent $200 over the last couple years, and I fear it will continue to rise, but it seems to be fair with the rest of the market.

The only issue I ever had was with the on-line program. It didn't follow my command to increase the rent payment with the last rise, and because of this I had to pay a late fee of $100. The late fee is a little steep, but it thought me to keep a better eye on the bills.
