been living here for over 8 years .. at first was one of IF NOT the best places in Douglas county.. rent was great.. management was AMAZING but through out the years after the managers have chanced NUROUS TIMES ( going on like 6 in less then a year ) it soo not what it used to be .. also there is no laundry facilities.. yes you have washer and dryer hook up in units.. the play area is a monstrosity of a red pile of plastic thats get WAY TO HOT to play on in the warmer temps.. the Maintenance... PLEASE dont get me started.. ive had work orders in for months and months and never been fixed .. infact iv had to do a large portion of fixing myself or pay for it to be done!! Read More

It’s got big enough rooms, living room, closet space, kitchen and bathrooms. Small playground though could be a bit bigger, good enough rent and pet friendly. Yards could be a bit bigger for the 3 bedrooms instead of being tiny for dogs to have more space and there is a soda machine near the mail area for in the summer it’s super good And it does have a place for birthday party’s to use, it could have a couple things added like a gym area and extend the playground a bit and etc but it’s a pretty... good place other then a couple things Read More
