We have chickens in the back property & a 75 lb black lab-mix dog. Due to the size of the suite, we prefer 1-2 cats or small dogs or 1 medium dog only. Dogs must meet our dog first-No acceptation. Smoking allowed outside only away from any open windows.
Rent is $1,450 per/mo with basic utilities included.
Proof of renters' insurance & references are required.
Refundable: $1,000 security fee - Nonrefundable: $300 cleaning fee.
