Pet Rent: Approved pets require a $30/month per-pet rent (non-refundable).

Pet Deposit: Approved pets require a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 each.

Restrictions: Maximum 2 cats or 1 dog per unit (exceptions for service/assistance animals). Dogs limited to 50 pounds. No breeding, fostering, or unsupervised outdoor animals.

Appeal Process: Applicants whose pets are denied may submit a written appeal within 3 days, along with supporting documentation (training certificates, behavior assessments, veterinary references, proof of liability insurance).
