Must declaw????
Any place that asks for cats to be declawed is cruel and wrong. A lot of cities are outlawing this barbaric practice and you ask people to do this their cats! For what, to save a few bucks on carpet? Most of which you have to replace after every couple of tenants anyway. No one should choose a place like this to live. There are plenty of overpriced 1-2 bedroom apartments in Salem exactly like this yet will accept your cat without making you mutilate it. You and your employees should get the... first 2 bones of your fingers removed and see what it feels like before making pet owners do this. Shame.
