Cherrywood Apartments

I've been here nearly 5 years, and as far as the last review, there was a brief period of time when no cause evictions were done, which was awful, all those neighbors were great, and the next batch had terrible, destructive kids cussing us all, with parents who didn't care, but they were all gone, seems within 6 months. I've had zero issues with theft, or break in or rude neighbors. The units have small ground areas where we can keep a garden, in pots or some plant in the ground, as long as... they're not dead and left out. We are super free like that and to decorate porches, and plant area. There used to be parking issues, but now they're assigned and there was an issue with homeless being loud at dumpsters at night and leaving messes, but not anymore. New management the last 4 years has really done a lot, it took time is all. It's quiet and feels safe, and that's worth so much. I raised two kids from 17 and 13 here and they never had a single issue with other kids and that's amazing. Management tends to recognize problem tenants and deal with them quickly. I like it here. The location is great, open grass for kids to play and dog walking but that is the extent of good things. If you love paying rent on time and being a peaceful tenant only to receive a no cause termination notice then this is the place for you (4 apartments in the last 4 months). Good luck dealing with drugged out neighbors 24/7 And cops at the complex at least once a week. Kids running around distroying property, breaking glass in the parking lot, and a manager that does nothing about it. No... assigned parking either, so if you get home after 5 expect to park on the street. There's a 2 car limit per apartment but once again nothing is done about those who have more. Oh and good luck getting repairs done unless it's a bandaid fix. Rotten floors and leaky ceilings are a major problem for many units not to mention the plumbing issues.
